Training and Operational Support

Your training begins at Ink Solution University, located in our 10,000 square foot facility in Charlotte, NC.  Here you will begin your in-depth, two-week training in how to own and operate an inkjet and toner cartridge recycling store.  Training will include product and technology lab classes, our POS system and aggressive business contact and marketing strategies to get your business up and running quickly.  If you purchased the pack and ship add on, you will also be trained in integrating that component into your operation. Part of your training will be held in our corporate store, also located in Charlotte.  In addition, we will travel to your new store (either before or after your grand opening; your choice) and spend up to one week assisting you in implementing the Ink Solution operational system.

Once you open your business, you can be sure that operational support and technical advice are always just a phone call away. Our professional technical support team will assist you through online resources or through our 1-800 help desk which provides real-time support.   In addition, and based on available space, you will be allowed to send additional employees to be trained at a nominal fee.
